- As an Account Executive at Zilliz, the primary mission is to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones in the Japanese market. - The role involves leading the charge in securing new logos within the market, targeting key accounts that align with strategic growth objectives. - The candidate will develop and execute a targeted logo acquisition strategy to expand Zilliz's footprint in high-potential accounts. - Increasing the adoption of Zilliz Cloud and Milvus by identifying new use cases within both new and existing accounts is a key responsibility. - Building and nurturing critical relationships with C-Level executives, including those in Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science, is essential for positioning Zilliz as an industry advocate. - The role requires engaging in high-value negotiations that demonstrate the clear ROI of Zilliz's solutions, guiding deals to a successful close. - Proactively planning and managing the growth of Zilliz Cloud usage across the customer portfolio is necessary to ensure sustained business impact. - Gaining a deep understanding of each customer’s unique business needs will enable the candidate to tailor their approach for maximum resonance.
