- The role involves supporting prospects in identifying, evaluating, and validating ways in which Writer's generative AI platform can impact their business and content creation processes
- Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives to validate use cases, scope prospects' business and technical needs, and build custom templates for customers
- The position requires leading proof-of-concept pilots, acting as the technical lead for RFP responses, and explaining the value of Writer's APIs to prospects
- The Strategic Solutions Architect will work closely with prospects to test use cases, maintain a deep understanding of Writer's solutions and the AI landscape, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for optimal output
- The successful candidate will also serve as a technical liaison for Writer's Partner ecosystem, ensuring understanding of capabilities and use cases possible via APIs and custom apps

- Experienced in technical customer-facing roles, with a focus on sales engineering or solutions architecting for Fortune 500 customers in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Proficient in generative AI and prompt engineering, with a nice-to-have skill in Python
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to translate complex technical concepts into practical business language for non-technical audiences
- Customer outcome-oriented, with a track record of delivering solutions that drive meaningful business results
- Skilled problem solver, able to identify root causes of issues and collaborate effectively to resolve them
