✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and delivering technical and product enablement programs for the sales team
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to understand new product releases and features
- Train sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate product features and articulate their value to customers
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams, addressing technical questions and challenges
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, key verticals, and customer needs to continuously enhance sales enablement programs and materials
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in technical presales, enablement, or product training and sales
- Strong technical background and ability to quickly understand complex product features and technologies
- Proven success in early/mid stage SaaS startups is a must
- Ability to distill complex subjects into formats, trainings, activities, and materials that are accessible to sales and go-to-market teams
- Thrives in ambiguity and can create paved roads from dirt paths
