- Responsible for generating pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts through creative and thoughtful outreach
- Develop strategies to engage prospects and potential buyers that align with the Ideal Customer Profile
- Research key accounts' initiatives to create a "hypothesis of value" for effective engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute multi-touch account-based campaigns
- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce to support scaling successful processes

- Successful experience exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- Exceptional written communication skills are a must, especially tailored for engaging great writers
- A self-starter with an experimental mindset, able to contribute to building strategies from scratch
- Knowledge of editorial processes is highly valued, such as experience in editing or English Literature background
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the company's operations and adapt to its unique environment
