- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Legal, to optimize sales performance.
- The role includes participation in hiring, performance management, and coaching of sales personnel.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a SaaS sales environment, demonstrating success in managing and coaching a sales team.
- Strong relationship-building skills are essential, particularly with investment banks, legal/financial advisors, and C-level executives.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates who majored in Finance or Business Administration.
- The candidate should possess strong CRM knowledge, ideally with experience in Salesforce.com.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or law firms is highly desirable.
