- The Manager will lead a team of support consultants focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- This role involves providing escalation support for business and technical issues related to the Salentica Engage product.
- The Manager will manage support incidents through a client portal and ensure service level agreements are met.
- The position requires ongoing knowledge acquisition of Salentica Engage and the Power Platform.
- The Manager will facilitate the creation of knowledge base articles for both internal and external use.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a structured technical support environment is preferred.
