- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of sales experience, particularly in managing complex transformational deals. - A strong aptitude for selling at a senior level is essential, as the role involves engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers. - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of enterprise accounts and the ability to develop relationships within them. - Experience in selling automation solutions to large enterprises, BPOs, and Shared Services operations is highly desirable. - The successful individual will be self-motivated and capable of generating new business opportunities independently.
