- As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through key strategic accounts. - You will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts. - The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts. - You will need to understand client needs and effectively position AI-driven SaaS solutions to address those needs. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets by driving the adoption and expansion of solutions within strategic accounts is a key responsibility. - Collaboration with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, is essential for a seamless client experience.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development. - A strong background in the contact center industry, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence is essential. - Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts while achieving revenue targets is crucial. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to articulate complex solutions clearly. - The candidate should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective account plans. - A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
