will
play a crucial role in building and
maintaining
strong relationships with our clients in the Generative
AI
space
.
You will serve as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless integration and
optimal
use of our AI solutions.

Make
an
Impact:

Thi
s role entails u
nderstanding customer requirements to position the product to meet those needs.
. Responsibilities span the entire sales life cycle, encompassing education, implementation, and
providing
input on application functionality, technology, and delivery.

Foster
a strong and
proactive relationships
with key stakeholders (Business and IT)
on
the customer
side
.

Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI products.

Identify
opportunities for upselling
additional
services or features to existing clients.
-
Provide
ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
-
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and
identify
opportunities for improvement.
-
Collaborating with the sales team, product development, and other departments to deliver solutions to customers.
-
Development and delivery of tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that cater to the specific needs of partners and customers.

Build
,
sustain
and

anage
robust pipeline of opportunities
utilizing
Hubspot
and
employing effective
pipeline management techniques and sales methodologies.

Understanding & communicating technical specific to internal teams and adress & document enquiries
You’ll
be successful with:

A minimum of
5
years of demonstrable experience in
SaaS
Enterprise Software sales, particularly in the AI
domain,
is
required
.

Demonstrated strong
emphasis
on technical
proficiency and relevant experience.

Experience
in
Startup environments with P
roduct Led
G
rowth (PLG)
strategies
is ver
y
advantageous
.
-
Demonstrate a proven
track record
of
successfully
selling intricate software solutions and managing Proof of Concepts.
-
Meeting sales targets, as well as effectively managing, supporting to close enterprise deals, are integral to this role.
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills that enable you to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
