- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for running a full sales cycle within enterprise customers, from cold outreach to closing deals.
- The role involves full ownership of the sales pipeline, including building account plans and identifying top targets within designated accounts.
- The candidate will utilize the MEDDPICC framework to accurately qualify and identify risks across all opportunities in the sales funnel.
- The position requires selling across various lines of business, such as HR, L&D, Customer Care, and Marketing.
- The Executive will expand Synthesia’s footprint within accounts to additional teams that can benefit from the solution.
- All sales activities must be managed in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- The role is part of an exciting growth phase under new leadership, aiming to create a world-class sales organization.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of consistent B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-sized companies.
- A strong outbound prospecting background is essential, along with the ability to conduct product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
- Candidates should possess the ability to identify client pain points and develop unique value propositions that focus on delivering ROI.
- Experience in reputable, value-driven sales environments, ideally using methodologies like MEDDPICC, is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen is necessary, with examples of building business value and champions across organizations.
- The candidate should thrive in a rapidly growing environment and understand the opportunities and challenges it presents.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required for this role.
