✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the paid user acquisition operations and strategy for multiple global markets to meet or exceed performance targets
- Collaborate with in-market teams to drive ideation around performance improvement through creative iteration cycles and campaign brainstorming
- Utilize systems thinking to identify opportunities for scalability in the paid program, including automation of performance optimization and creative testing processes
- Lead channel experimentation efforts across various platforms such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Affiliate, and DSP’s to maximize user acquisition efficiency
- Develop successful experimentation roadmaps and processes, particularly focusing on creative elements to drive growth and scale in global markets

- Experienced growth marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years in paid marketing and user acquisition, ideally managing budgets over $1M per month
- Strong analytical skills with experience in channel experimentation and creative testing across various platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements through creative iteration cycles
- Prior experience in consumer subscription, apps, edtech, or global teams is highly desirable
- Proven track record of providing actionable recommendations to maximize user acquisition efficiency and drive scalable growth strategies
