✨ About The Role
- Lead the strategy, narrative building, and operation of partnership marketing, focusing on influencer collaboration to grow Speak's presence in the Korea market
- Develop and align on measurement strategies for influencer activities beyond direct attribution for ROI
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including influencer management agencies and individual influencers
- Expand and lead a team to execute and grow Speak's partnership marketing activities
- Ideate, test, and iterate on creative partnership marketing solutions
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced marketing professional with a minimum of 7 years in marketing and/or growth, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or similar environment
- Skilled in leading growth campaigns with a budget of over $1 million per month and a solid campaign narrative
- Strong storyteller with a deep interest in trends and experience in content-driven campaigns with influencers or celebrities
- Capable of building and executing measurement strategies for marketing activities
- Fluent in business English and able to communicate effectively with a global team
