- Within the first month, the SDR will begin 1:1 meetings with their manager and shadow current team members to understand their territory.
- The SDR will be expected to consistently meet or exceed their sales quota and assist in developing best practices for lead generation.
- The position requires regular collaboration with Account Executives and participation in team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
- The SDR will also play a role in training and onboarding new team members, setting an example for others in the team.
