- Challenging the status quo by positioning Snorkel's differentiation and value to a technical buyer
- Proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline with a focus on large fortune 1000 companies
- Working with a highly differentiated product to solve the largest remaining unsolved problem in AI/ML
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and negotiate favorable pricing and business terms
- Ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency while meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing business deals in a complex technology environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the business value of enterprise technology solutions
- Experienced in building business champions and running a complex sales process
- Driven individual who has operated with an average deal size of $100k+ and met/exceeded direct sales goals consistently
