⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a soldering technician, specifically with high-complexity Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
- A prior certification in industry-standard soldering practices is essential, showcasing proficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Experience with electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling and safety procedures is crucial to maintain the integrity of sensitive electronic components.
- The candidate should be able to comply with health and safety regulations, which may involve physical tasks such as standing for extended periods or lifting up to 25 pounds.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is necessary for performing quality checks and visual inspections of PCBAs.
