✨ About The Role
- The HR Business Partner will align business leaders with the People & Culture vision and act as the voice of the business in designing and delivering people practices.
- This role involves close collaboration with the Global Head of People & Culture and the Founding Partners to develop policies and processes that support business growth.
- The HRBP will proactively engage with business stakeholders to understand their dynamic needs and implement innovative HR solutions.
- The position requires working with cross-functional Centers of Excellence to address talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- The HRBP will also be responsible for driving essential improvements based on feedback from employee satisfaction surveys and other data.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the HR field, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth global environment.
- A strong understanding of various HR functions is essential, particularly in a services tech company related to consulting, cloud, data, AI/ML, or GenAI.
- The candidate should possess practical knowledge and skills in HR disciplines such as performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a related business field is required, while a master's degree is highly desirable.
- The successful individual will have a proven track record of partnering with global business unit leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business results.
