Job Description:
We are looking for a charismatic, thoughtful and diligent Account Executive to be a significant part of our growth strategy. The primary focus of the Account Executive role is to lead client meetings, both initial and follow-up, guiding clients through the entire sales process to secure deals and achieve sales targets. The Account Executive's responsibilities not only include maintaining post-sale relationships but also entail essential pre-sale activities such as conducting effective meetings and thorough preparation.
Responsibilities:
+ Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them
+ Prepare for initial client meetings by researching the client's business, industry, and challenges
+ Conduct initial client meetings to establish rapport and understand client needs and objectives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure client success
+ Follow up promptly after initial client meetings to summarize discussions and outline next steps
+ Prospect for new clients occasionally, when necessary
+ Contribute to and refine sales and marketing materials to ensure they resonate with target audiences
+ Coordinate with the sales team to provide essential marketing support and drive sales initiatives
+ Assist with other sales and marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within a tech company
+ A minimum of 2 years in a full-cycle Account Executive sales role
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
+ Proven track record in driving new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
+ Able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and lifecycles
