Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of B2B Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives targeted at businesses. This individual will spearhead our B2B marketing efforts, crafting a compelling narrative for our services and establishing Qloo as the go-to cultural AI solution in the industry. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing roles, especially within the tech sector.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and positioning Qloo as an industry leader.
+ Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
+ Use data-driven insights to tailor marketing campaigns, ensuring effective reach and engagement with the target audience.
+ Lead content creation efforts – from thought leadership pieces to white papers, webinars, and case studies.
+ Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
+ Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
+ Understand the offerings of Qloo deeply, translating its capabilities into compelling marketing narratives.
+ Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce) for campaign tracking, lead scoring, and nurturing.
+ Foster relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and partners to amplify our brand presence.
Qualifications:
+ 5-10 years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, preferably within a tech company.
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
+ Proven expertise in crafting and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
+ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
+ Strong analytical mindset, with a penchant for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
