Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of quota-carrying AEs, Strategic AEs, and Solutions Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional customer value and creating and closing revenue opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand reach across new and existing accounts, driving revenue growth
Coach the team in the application of sales methodology, deal strategy, and execution that leads to consistent target attainment, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and outstanding customer satisfaction
Manage productivity, sales funnel, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards and accurately forecast sales
Drive ongoing process improvements, make recommendations, and implement systems to enhance team efficiency
⚡ Requirements
Proven sales management experience with a track record of delivering team quota achievement and building high-performing teams
Significant software sales experience, including successfully negotiating contracts exceeding $1 million and managing complex sales cycles with highly technical buyers
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional collaborator, highly creative, and resourceful individual
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to recognize opportunities and drive actions to capitalize on them, seeking new and productive ways to make an impact
