- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth in the Central region by managing a sales pipeline and closing new customers on the Observe.AI platform. - Daily responsibilities include prospecting, developing relationships with senior executives, and collaborating with the channel community to secure new business. - The role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless process for clients. - The candidate will need to educate and consult customers on the value of Observe.AI throughout the sales and adoption cycle. - Forecasting performance against sales targets with accuracy is crucial, utilizing both deal-by-deal commitments and territory analysis.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close complex sales cycles. - A successful track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally ranking in the top 10-20% of their previous companies, is essential. - Experience in selling disruptive products to unexpected buyers is highly valued, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking. - The candidate should have a history of closing transactions exceeding $100k ACV, particularly with line of business executives. - Collaboration with channel and partner communities is preferred, indicating strong interpersonal and networking skills.
