- Forecasting performance against sales targets with accuracy is crucial, utilizing both deal-by-deal commitments and territory analysis.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close complex sales cycles.
- A successful track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally ranking in the top 10-20% of their previous companies, is essential.
- Experience in selling disruptive products to unexpected buyers is highly valued, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking.
- The candidate should have a history of closing transactions exceeding $100k ACV, particularly with line of business executives.
- Collaboration with channel and partner communities is preferred, indicating strong interpersonal and networking skills.
