- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for selling LILT's platform and services to new customers while supporting Strategic Account Executives in expanding partnerships.
- The role involves uncovering, educating, and closing prospective customers to meet company metrics and objectives.
- Candidates will need to set up and deliver successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert new customers into long-lasting partnerships.
- The position requires maintaining a high level of activity across all channels, employing tailored outreach strategies.
- The candidate will be expected to provide weekly reports on high-gain activities and maintain an accurate business forecast.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the translation and localization industry, demonstrating a strong track record in managing complex sales cycles.
- A successful candidate will be adept at closing high-value deals, consistently booking between $250k to $2M and exceeding annual quotas of $1.2M+.
- The role requires a systematic hunter mentality, with the ability to independently secure meetings with target customers as well as collaborate with ADR/BDR teams.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential, particularly in dealing with senior management and C-level executives to influence business terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for leading in-person meetings and web-based demos effectively.
