- The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's commercial footprint. - This role involves selling Lilt's platform and services to new customers while supporting Strategic Account Executives with larger accounts. - The candidate will need to conduct high-gain activities and maintain an accurate forecast of their business. - Setting up and delivering successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert prospects into long-term customers is a key responsibility. - The position requires a systematic approach to sales, utilizing the latest revenue operations practices and technologies.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in sales, specifically within the translation and localization industry. - A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles of 9-15 months and successfully closing high-value deals ranging from $250k to $2M is essential. - The candidate should be adept at building relationships with C-level executives and translating the value of the company's platform into business outcomes. - Strong skills in outbound sales efforts and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams are crucial. - Experience in responding to RFPs and collaborating across departments will be beneficial for success in this role.
