- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in sales, specifically within the translation and localization industry.
- A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles of 9-15 months and successfully closing high-value deals ranging from $250k to $2M is essential.
- The candidate should be adept at building relationships with C-level executives and translating the value of the company's platform into business outcomes.
- Strong skills in outbound sales efforts and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams are crucial.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and collaborating across departments will be beneficial for success in this role.
