- The Account Executive will develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close new business opportunities within the federal government sector. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at government agencies and public sector organizations is a key responsibility. - The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. - The Account Executive will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of public sector clients. - Responding to RFPs and RFQs will require customizing proposals to meet client requirements and showcase Latent AI's value proposition. - The candidate will track and report on sales performance, using data to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets. - Staying informed on industry trends, government policies, and the competitive landscape is crucial to identify new opportunities. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, is necessary to align solutions with client needs.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within the federal government or public sector market. - A strong understanding of the federal procurement process and experience with RFPs and RFQs is essential for success in this role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences. - The candidate should be highly motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is expected to effectively manage sales activities. - A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in the public sector will be beneficial. - The candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time for client engagements and company needs. - US citizenship is required, and having a DoD Clearance is strongly preferred.
