Topps International is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team, covering the Delhi area.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Channel Sales (Distribution & Retailer) network
    • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets (Primary and Secondary)
    • Manage Distribution in the assigned territory
    • Develop Market, appoint distributors, implement trade schemes, launch new products
    • Submit and update Daily Sales reports to reporting Manager
    • Having good knowledge of retail distribution, good contacts with key retailers
    • Ability to appoint distributor in new towns

Required Skills and Experience

    • Graduate/MBA with good experience in handling General Trade with Distributors
    • Smart, dynamic, and fluent in verbal and written communication
    • Should have good geographical knowledge of the local area
    • Candidates must have sales experience in one of the following: Stationary, Toys, Gift & Novelty, Puzzles, Board Games, FMCG industries
