The Order Management & Logistics Associate will act as a liaison between The Topps Company and its retail and hobby channel customers. This role will assist sales, the retail and hobby customers with daily order management, account questions, billing, returns, cancellations, refunds, resolving complaints, etc.
This is an onsite role based in our Sunnyvale, Texas location.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides support for the Topps hobby/retail customers and sales team.
- Manages Customer order management within Oracle EBS: adds inventory, assigns co-packer and enter orders for hobby direct customers as required.
- Updates and maintains hobby direct customer accounts with regards to payment method (credit cards), customer product allocation, contact info, transit times.
- Ensures that any customers order issues, concerns, questions are resolved quickly and efficiently via phone and email. Handles product or service problems by clarifying issue, finding best resolution to solve problem; expediting the correction and following up to ensure proper resolution.
- Provides proof of delivery or tracking #’s as needed.
- Processes customer refunds and returns as needed.
- Issue call tags and sends FedEx return labels to customers as needed.
- Files damage claims with FedEx.
- Reviews FedEx LTL and small parcel audits, codes exceptions for payment.
- Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Topps product portfolio and release calendar.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills: MS Word & Excel
- 5+ years in order management, purchasing and/or customer service.
- A strong customer mindset with a passion for serving customer needs.
- Bright, with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Experience using Oracle EBS, Purchasing or other ERP systems preferred.
