Sales Coordination sits within our Finance Department. The Finance function is a vital link in the organization; responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis, measuring performance and reporting. Each staff member in the function plays an important role in the company-wide accomplishments
.
The successful candidate will need to work closely with all departments within Topps. They must have an unrelenting attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, communicate effectively across teams and strong Excel skills are essential. Willingness to learn and develop new skills is required. Key systems used within the role are Dynamics Navision, training will be provided.  This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Milton Keynes Office, sometimes more as dictated by workload.

- Sales order entry
- Completion of shipping documents
- Proforma invoicing
- Liaising with sales managers
- Credit control
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
- EU Documentation
- Data input
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role supporting international Sales teams preferred
- Excellent Excel skills
- Very strong attention to detail is required
- Good communication skills across functions within an international team
- Previous experience in a multi-site international business is preferred
- General administration skills to a high level
