Topps International is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience to grow with our team. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the work of the Digital Marketing team, specifically in achieving e-mail marketing, affiliate and performance marketing objectives. This is a hybrid position, based out of our London office a minimum of 3 days per week, and reports to the Digital Marketing Manager in the E-Commerce team.
Responsibilities
- Support in the execution of performance marketing activities across SEM (PPC and SEO), CRM and paid channels to drive conversions on Topps.com
- Build and manage Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta and Google
- Optimize marketing spend across these channels (as well as any new channels) with a focus on driving revenue, new customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Help manage creative process. Work with designers to ensure that best practices are met and that we are testing/refreshing creative regularly
- Provide reporting on key metrics and provide summary on campaign performance/ test and learn. identify trends and providing actional insight pulling from multiple data sources (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, our ESP and e-comm platform)
- Support Email Marketing program: Looking at how customer segmentation, user lifecycle mapping, re-engagement etc can help drive higher revenue, better engagement and database growth.
- Assist with launch of Topps International affiliate marketing program
- Execute SEO strategy. Track keywords and run regular audits to highlight opportunities to improve Topps visibility on Search
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce
- High online affinity, understanding of performance marketing environment, media platforms, analytics tools and tracking
- Good experience with Meta ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) or a similar web analytics tool. Usual to be familiar with an ESP (such as Dotdigital/ Saithru/ Klaviyo etc) and an E-Commerce platform (Shopify, Magento – Adobe)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – from presenting insights to writing highly engaging ad copy
- Experience with photoshop desirable to help build ads from creative assets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise and take initiative
- Strong affinity for data: From Microsoft Excel to BI platforms such as Taboola or Looker (Google Data Studio)
