⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, such as being part of the Presidents Club or achieving MVP status, is essential.
- Experience selling to senior HR professionals, such as Heads of Talent Acquisition or VPs of People, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategies, particularly using free trials as a primary sales channel, will be beneficial.
- The candidate should be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, indicating a readiness to engage with the local market.
