✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning technical delivery across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation to full platform adoption
- Drive continuous improvement in solution engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their pain points and business objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions
- Work with Sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development
- Partner with Product Development and Customer Success teams to provide customer insights, feedback, and recommendations for product enhancements or new features
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering or solutions architecture within SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Software, with a focus on technical pre-sales and post-sales
- Ability to lead and develop technical solutions for global enterprise customers, translating their needs into effective solution strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles
- Thrives in a fast-paced autonomous environment, with a data-driven strategy and a focus on metrics and data hygiene
