- Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing strategies, collaborating across teams, and driving results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including public speaking, content writing, and engaging with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and report on field marketing KPIs effectively
- Comfortable with travel and embracing a hybrid work model, with a willingness to work from the New York City office
