✨ About The Role
- Responsible for researching, identifying, and generating new business opportunities to build and manage a robust sales funnel
- Analyzing target markets for key use verticals and executing effective sales tactics to drive expansion opportunities within existing and potential customer base
- Hosting events to nurture existing client relations and enhance awareness of Hive’s products/services in new markets
- Collaborating closely with Hive’s senior leadership team to align on business priorities and manage the complex sales process end-to-end
- Providing market/client feedback to the engineering and product teams to fuel future product growth and consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly and yearly sales quotas

- Experienced in selling cloud-based software products, preferably at a high-growth start-up or large enterprise, with at least 4+ years of experience
- Deep interest in machine learning and AI, with a strong quantitative skill set to analyze priorities and metrics
- Customer-obsessed individual who excels in building and maintaining relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities effectively
- Thrives in a competitive environment, hungry to learn, and actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the growth of the business
