✨ About The Role

- The Sales Operation Analyst will support sales teams with daily deal desk processes and operational requests. - The role involves engaging with systems and cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements and oversee timelines. - Continuous process improvements and automations will be driven to enhance operational efficiency. - The analyst will report and analyze key business performance metrics for ad-hoc requests and quarterly business reviews. - Strategic projects and pilots will be worked on to evolve the go-to-market plan, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. - Participation in quarterly and annual planning activities, including headcount and target setting, will be required. - The analyst will act as a thought partner to the Sales & Success team and serve as a subject matter expert within the Sales Operations team.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting. - Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting large datasets and presenting data in a meaningful way. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with familiarity in SQL or Tableau being a plus. - The candidate should be comfortable working with CRM systems like Salesforce for reporting and operational needs. - A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills, along with the ability to accept constructive feedback, is crucial for success in this role. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership, particularly in sales management, is important. - Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to build relationships with sales management and team members. - The candidate should be able to navigate complex situations effectively, both verbally and in writing. - A dynamic and action-oriented mindset is essential to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
