- As the prompt engineering lead, you will work at the intersection of the go-to-market and research & development teams.
- You will spend significant time with customers to understand their knowledge needs and help them customize the Glean platform.
- You will develop key parts of the product roadmap by marrying customer needs with the product vision.
- Your role will involve empowering your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.

⚡ Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical role, such as Product Manager, Software Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
- You possess a strong technical background and some experience in coding or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- You have a solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of large language models and prompting capabilities.
- You are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- You have a proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results in your previous roles.
