- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, particularly in technical documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack tools, such as dbt pipelines for ETL/ELT, is required.
- Experience in writing source-controlled code for data pipelines and internal tools is necessary.
- A solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application to improve products and processes is crucial.
- Proficiency in Python programming is expected.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools like Tableau, Sigma, or Looker will be beneficial.
