- The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for increasing net logos and winning cloud business by engaging with prospective customers. - The role involves developing strategic account plans and effectively communicating Genesys's vision and capabilities to clients. - The candidate will need to orchestrate internal teams and partners throughout the sales process to ensure knowledgeable service delivery. - Proactively identifying and managing customer concerns or risks will be a key responsibility to guide clients toward the best-fit solutions. - The position requires negotiating financial solutions that benefit both the client and Genesys, ultimately closing deals and strengthening relationships.

- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software sales, preferably with a focus on cloud solutions. - A proven track record of success in engaging with C-suite executives and navigating complex sales cycles is essential. - The candidate should possess a consultative selling approach, demonstrating the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. - Strong strategic planning skills are necessary to develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals. - Familiarity with subscription sales models and the ability to manage customer relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities is important.
