- The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for all sales opportunities across the Enterprise business segments. - They will learn to become a consultative sales professional and take ownership of dedicated accounts. - The role involves positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio and developing a sales pipeline. - The Account Executive will work closely with other team members to achieve annual sales targets. - They will engage with internal resources to manage post-sales support and ensure proper implementation.

- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated digital native with a passion for leading-edge software technologies. - They should have a strong background in complex sales engagements and a proven track record of success in sales. - The candidate must possess verticalized experience in the Service Provider (Telco) industry or related fields. - They should demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service and customer experience management. - A bachelor's degree in computer sciences, business, or a related field is required, with more than 5 years of professional sales experience.
