- The Senior Account Executive will focus on driving growth and customer loyalty through the sale of AI-powered customer experience solutions. - This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise and BPO clients in the Philippines and surrounding regions. - The candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals for complex solutions. - Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key responsibility. - The role requires collaboration with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales approach.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS or customer experience technology. - A strong background in managing enterprise or BPO accounts is essential for success in this role. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients. - The candidate should be proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage sales activities. - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees.
