- The Sales Manager will oversee a sales team of 4 Acquisition & Retention Oriented Account Executives in the Benelux region.

- The successful candidate will mentor the team on solution-based selling techniques and relationship-building with clients.
- The position requires applying MEDDPICC frameworks for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technical or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a people manager and team leader role is essential.
- Proven ability to lead teams in achieving greenfield account acquisition and net-new logo success is required.
- The candidate should have a history of talent acquisition, team motivation, and overall performance in complex enterprise sales.
- Experience in SaaS/cloud sales, management consulting, or similar fields will be beneficial.
