- The HR Partner for Japan & South Korea will report directly to the Senior HR Director for North & Southeast Asia.
- This role involves providing comprehensive Human Resource support across both countries, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- The HR Partner will collaborate closely with Country Leaders to enhance Genesys's reputation as an Employer of Choice.
- Key responsibilities include managing local HR administration and supporting talent acquisition efforts for growth and expansion.
- The role also involves facilitating annual performance and compensation review processes in line with global guidelines.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields, particularly within US multinational companies.
- Strong expertise in managing employee relations matters, including guidance on disciplinary processes, is essential for success in this role.
- A deep understanding of employment laws and compliance in Japan, and ideally South Korea, is crucial.
- The candidate should be fluent in both Japanese and English, with proficiency in Korean being a significant advantage.
- The ability to prioritize urgent tasks effectively according to business needs is important for this position.
