- The Product Marketing Manager will become a subject matter expert on Forethought’s platform and products, particularly in AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- This role involves owning the NPS strategy, including collection, reporting, and continuous improvement of NPS metrics.
- The candidate will lead GTM meetings to keep the organization informed about weekly feature releases.
- Responsibilities include managing the planning and execution of monthly product webinars, including content creation and promotions.
- The role requires collaboration with marketing teams to produce high-quality GTM collateral that aligns with company KPIs.
- The candidate will maintain competitive intelligence by updating battle cards and providing market insights to support the sales team.
- The Product Marketing Manager will also manage in-app and notification campaigns as part of customer marketing efforts.
