- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the SaaS or fintech sector. - A strong understanding of financial services, particularly in compliance, AML, and risk management, is essential. - The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing both strategic support and independent deal closures. - Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills are necessary, with the ability to demonstrate ROI and value to clients. - The successful individual will be innovative and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. - The candidate should be a collaborative team player with a high degree of self-motivation and drive. - Willingness to travel and navigate diverse cultural and business environments across the APAC region is important.
