- The Account Executive will leverage their experience to close significant mid-market SaaS deals and drive growth in this segment. - This role involves quarterbacking complex deals and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. - The candidate will work closely with C-Level executives to identify their business challenges and propose effective solutions. - The position requires ownership of both Land and Expand motions to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. - A deep understanding of the product is necessary to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and ensure retention. - The role includes maintaining and tracking all customer interactions in the CRM system, specifically Hubspot.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling SaaS to mid-market companies. - A proven track record of closing deals ranging from $20K to $100K+ ARR is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should be comfortable navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, including C-Level executives. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity environment are crucial. - The successful individual will be an independent self-starter with a bias for action and adaptability to rapidly changing situations. - Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to maintain customer interactions effectively. - A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence will help in understanding and addressing customer needs.
