- The role involves developing strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within the assigned territory. - Account planning is a critical component, requiring coordination with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment. - The Account Executive will initiate and support sales of Workday solutions, focusing on large enterprise prospects. - Building and maintaining relationships with new customers is essential, particularly in deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions. - The position requires maintaining accurate and timely data regarding customer/prospect pipelines and service forecasts.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, or Planning sectors. - A strong background in collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously is essential. - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to effectively position solutions to meet customer needs. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for establishing trust with key stakeholders. - Experience in negotiating deals with C-Suite executives is highly valued.
