- This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives who sell Workday's applications to Net New Large Enterprise customers. - The position is highly visible within the region and requires demonstrable experience in consistent sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS market. - Successful candidates will drive account development and pipeline generation activities while managing an equitable territory distribution model. - The role includes developing and managing executive relationships through business-driven discussions and leading negotiation planning, strategy, and execution. - Candidates should possess significant executive presence and experience in business transformation within large enterprises across multiple verticals.

- The ideal candidate will have a successful track record as a first or second line leader focused on new business acquisition. - Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with business applications or digital transformation is essential. - The candidate should demonstrate results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments. - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a history of successful revenue attainment is required. - A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment is crucial. - Understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Workday is necessary. - Experience in managing a team of highly skilled Account Executives focused on opportunity creation and business transformation is important. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch are required.
