- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience selling into Federal agencies or Federal Systems Integrators. - A strong background in SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions is essential, with approximately 12+ years of experience. - Proven ability to negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives is crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should have experience in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive add-on business. - A consultative selling approach and the ability to develop strategic account plans are important for this position.
