- The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management. - They will perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources. - The role involves driving strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within large enterprise customers. - Coordination with various internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support, is a key aspect of the job. - The position is integral to driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction from day one and beyond.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have approximately 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics. - They should possess a strong track record of negotiating deals with C-level executives and closing opportunities effectively. - Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business is crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should have experience in developing long-term account strategies and managing longer deal cycles, typically beyond 6 months. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating value propositions and collaborating with internal teams.
