- The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management.
- The role involves performing account planning for assigned accounts and ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources.
- The candidate will drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within large enterprise customers.
- Coordination with various internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, and sales support, is a key aspect of the job.
- The position is integral to driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts.

- The ideal candidate will have approximately 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics.
- A successful candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills and a proven track record of negotiating deals with C-level executives.
- The role requires experience in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive add-on business.
- Candidates should have a strategic mindset, capable of developing long-term account strategies for existing clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and internal teams.
