- The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS or Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics.
- A successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating deals with C-level executives and closing opportunities effectively.
- The role requires experience in a high-velocity sales cycle, including the ability to prospect and generate leads within a designated territory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and internal team members.
- The candidate should have a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to position Workday solutions effectively within accounts.
