- The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, financial, planning, or analytics domains. - A successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives, to effectively close deals. - The role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and development within the assigned territory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating Workday's value propositions to potential clients. - The candidate should have a proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, demonstrating the ability to prospect and generate opportunities.
