- The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management.

- The ideal candidate will have approximately 12+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions, particularly in ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics.
- A successful candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills and a proven track record of managing long sales cycles, typically 18 months or longer.
- The role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders within existing customer accounts.
- Candidates should have experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying Workday's value propositions to clients.
